From one corner of the United States to the other one will find faithful servants within the Advent Christian denomination. Perhaps it’s because this group of leaders are found in the northern most section of the eastern USA, that they are not readily known by everyone. Nevertheless, among this group you will find those who have been at their church for a few years to those who are approaching 30 years of ministry in the same place.

 

These men and women are doing some great things as part of the kingdom of God.  Discipling, baptizing, training young people, performing biblically based musicals and taking it on the road are only a few of the good things being accomplished in and through the lives of these people. I am grateful for their lives and yet I am one that believes God wants to do even more and greater things through them as they work together for our Lord.

 

I want this for everyone who calls themselves a believer and are part of the AC denomination. I believe that God desires to use us in greater ways than we have dreamed or imagined. Will you join me today and give thanks to God for people like those in this picture and for yourself. More than this, will you begin to believe that God wants to do something great for his name in and through the way you live your life?
